  1. Read your fish tacos recipe with interest because I bought all the ingredients to make fish tacos this week. After dipping the fish in batter, it says to assemble the tacos. Is the recipe missing the step where it tells how to fry the fish?

  2. So sorry, if you don't have a deep fryer you can use a pot with canola oil, have the temp about 375, you can test it by putting a piece in and make sure it sizzles. The fish should be cut in bite size pieces, once golden remove from oil and drain on a paper towel. I usually do this step ahead of time and then place all the fish in a casserole dish or pan in a 300 degree oven to stay warm. Have the rest of the ingredients ready so that the tacos can be easily assembled. Hope that helps, let me know how they turn out!
